Our spectacular property is all yours for the weekend and we welcome you and your guests as we would family. You are invited to arrive Friday evening and stay until Sunday afternoon.
How you decide to structure your wedding weekend is totally up to you. We offer all our couples the opportunity to bring in their own choices for catering and alcohol, with no worry of small print or surprises. We provide a list of trusted vendors including caterers, photographers and officiants. We assist with recommendations for all your licensing and insurance needs. We offer full wedding planning services with a WPIC certified wedding planner as well as professional floral design services.
Woodland + Wildflower Weddings is an eco-friendly, boutique wedding venue and our aim is to provide top notch personal service in an intimate, private, family friendly setting. In order to ensure you receive the best experience possible, we host a very limited number of weddings each season and offer our services to a maximum of 100 persons. We offer one simple, easy to understand weekend package.
Our Package includes all of the following
Along with our floral design consultation we include the bridal bouquet, three bridesmaids bouquets, groom and three groomsmen's boutonnieres.
We also include florals for the ceremony arch, aisle markers, signing table as well as head table, guest tables, and throughout reception site as per our overall agreed upon design.
All bouquets and arrangements are professionally designed and created from a wide variety of in-season florals. Our main source of flowers and greens are organically grown and gathered fresh from our onsite cut flower garden and sustainably foraged from our very own wildflower fields and forest.
Floral packages are available for larger bridal parties for an additional cost.
Coordination, Design and Planning
We begin working with you the moment you contract with us. Our WPICC certificated Wedding Planner communicates with you both face to face, as well as via Pinterest, email or by phone throughout your experience with us.
We provide a plethora of design ideas and together we are able to curate a wedding as unique as you are.
We serve as coordinators throughout your wedding weekend taking of all the little (big) details;
Rehearsal - Attend or run rehearsal as needed
Ceremony - set up all site décor and sound system
Reception - set up all table decor including cake table, guest book, favours, seating chart and gift table to your desired specifications
Assist/guide caterers and bartenders in setup
Set up photo locations
Set up cake if required
Ensure wedding is on time per your pre-determined schedule
Ensure wedding party has bouquets, boutonnières and corsages
Send wedding party down the aisle
Familiarize caterer with area/set up
Make sure vendors are on time and ready (DJ/Caterers/ additional bartender)
Arrange for shuttle if necessary
Next day pack up of your décor/dishes etc.
Clean-up after the event
Be available throughout the weekend to assist you and your guests

Our private, 144 acre property has three cozy, rustic, log cabins and three, comfortable bell tents to accommodate 14 adults, as well parking for recreational vehicles, and several tent pitching options.
Also included in the cabin area is a large fire pit, firewood, outdoor bar equipped with a TV, fridge, and sound system to play your choice of music.
A bathroom facility with flush toilets and hot showers.
Multiple walking trails, outdoor games and sitting areas through out the property
Large gravelled parking area

We also offer a large, trendy Bell tent luxuriously outfitted with a queen bed and romantic lighting for our wedding couple’s use if they so desire.
The entire main floor of our unique residence is available the day of the wedding for the wedding party's use prior to the ceremony. The bride and her party have use of the brightly lit living area and bedroom. Our sport’s lounge in our home is available for the groom to prepare. Both have separate entrances.
